Your Way”
On March 21st 1978 Image Maker opened
their doors on First Avenue in Sandpoint.
When we originally opened, Clarence and Dave were two young guys
starting on a new adventure together. They had both been good friends when
living in Iowa, and had gone on separate roads, to come together again in
Sandpoint. Clarence came up from San
Francisco, California and Dave came from Libby, Montana to open their new store
in Sandpoint, “The Image Maker”.
Clarence was the guy with all the knowledge to
sell cameras, while Dave was the photographer to run the Studio and take the
pictures. Things have changed over our
31 years, which included Dave leaving us and the Studio closing, and Mike
coming on board with Clarence.
On May 1, 2009, Image Maker is very excited to
announce that we are coming full circle and reopening the studio at First
Avenue. In memory of Dave, “Image Maker
Studios” will once again have experienced photographers, to create photographic
memories of all your special occasions; like Senior and Family Portraits,
Weddings and Event photography just to name a few.
